Each month we will dive into a new area of crafting. This is an opportunity to explore new materials, tools and techniques! No pressure, just process based exploration. Come to create, unwind and connect. Septembers Craft: Sewing! Together we will explore hand sewing basics including fixing a button and mending a hole. Including how to embellish your wardrobe with hand stitching and embroidery. October: Laser Tools! This month we will learn how to use the laser tool, how to create designs, assemble pieces and finish them. We will explore a variety of materials such as wood, acrylic, glass, fabric and cardstock. October is the perfect month to create some spooky decor, or even start thinking about Holiday gift giving! November: Printmaking! We will explore linocut, monoprints and screen printing this month. Perfect to create unique custom cards, or wrapping paper. As well as beautiful gifts to share. December: Hand made gifts January: Art journal February: Sculpture: We will explore a variety of materials to create sculptures, from upcycling materials, to air dry and polymer clay. This will include using our Chomp Saws to create cardboard bases!
